Practice is individualized to provide an accessible offering, to build a practice of acknowledging your body’s preferences and meeting them with compassion and acceptance.

Practice may include focus on breathwork, movement, meditation, and sound. It includes skill development on interoception awareness, improving recognition of body cues and broadening descriptive language of those body signals, and on social-emotional regulation, building a set of accessible tools to support a regulated nervous system.

All activities offered throughout the practice will have a shared core value of autonomy, allowing participants to choose what elements of the practice resonate, honoring their body awareness, and participating in the way they are called to do so.

Participants will have opportunities to provide consent to indicate permission for physical touch for assistance when practicing physical postures, or for a gentle stretch during meditation. Your body, your choice of practice.

In-home practice is limited to participants who live within a 15-mile radius. Extended travel options may be available, although this is not guaranteed. Community locations may be available alternatively.
